1-Year Limited Warranty Policy for innovo+ Products

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND WARRANTY PERIOD. innovo+ LLC (“innovo+”) provides a non-transferable, one year limited warranty to the original buyer (consumer), against manufacturing or material defects for the products listed below. Any products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not eligible for warranty. All warranty claims must provide proof of purchase from innovo+ in order to be deemed eligible.

innovo+’s OBLIGATION UNDER WARRANTY.
innovo+’s sole obligation under the above warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any part or component deemed defective. innovo+ does not assume responsibility for delays in the replacement or repairs of product or parts that are not immediately available. Products and parts repaired or replaced by innovo+ under the warranty shall be covered for the balance of the original warranty period.

PADDLE BOARD AND SEAT WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear and aging of product.
  • Cosmetic flaws and variations in color.
  • Damage caused by impact with other objects or materials.
  • Damage caused by exceeding the manufacturer’s recommended weight capacity.
  • Failure to comply with the assembly/disassembly and handling instructions and recommendations listed in the User Manual.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Products sold as “open box” or “as in” condition.
  • Products purchased second hand or from an unauthorized dealer.
  • Products used in commercial or for rental purposes.
  • Any damage resulting from extreme weather conditions.
  • Products damaged while in possession of any party other than innovo+.
  • Any damage caused by accident, neglect, improper use, storage or handling.
  • Any damage caused by use of the product outside of its intended purpose.
  • Any damage to the fin box caused by improper fin installation or impact to the fin.
  • Any damage to the product/hatch covers due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while product is not in use.
  • Any damage due to storage in temperatures over 90 F and below 32 F.
  • Any damage to the external latches caused by improper use, handling or maintenance.
  • Any damage sustained from improper maintenance and care.
  • Any damage caused to personal property, i.e. scratches to vehicle during transportation.
  • Any damage/defect other than those resulting from manufacturing workmanship or materials.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This includes the Convertible Paddle Set, Top-Mount Fin, Coiled Ankle Leash, Shoulder Strap, Clear Water-Resistant Pouch, Latch Caps, Hatch Covers and 5/16 Wrench.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any damage caused by impact with other objects or materials.
  • Any damage caused by use of the accessories outside their intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear and aging of product.
  • Cosmetic flaws and variations in color.
  • Failure to comply with the assembly/disassembly and handling instructions and recommendations listed in the User Manual.
  • Lost or stolen accessories.
  • Any damage resulting from extreme weather conditions.
  • Any damage due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while accessories are not in use.
  • Any damage caused by accident, neglect, improper use, storage or handling.
  • Any damage to the fin caused by impact or dragging.
  • Any damage sustained from improper maintenance and care.
  • Paddle sinking.
  • Any damage to personal property from improper use of the clear water-resistant pouch.
  • Any damage to the paddle utility straps/snap buttons caused by excessive force or tugging.
  • Any damage to the seat straps/snap buttons caused by excessive force or tugging.
  • Any damage to product or personal property from water entering the inside of the board due to the hatch covers not being properly secured.

ALL COVERAGE UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IF ANY MODIFICATIONS, CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE ACCESSORIES.

INITIATING A WARRANTY CLAIM

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@innovo.plus to start a warranty claim.
  • You will be asked to provide order details and a description of the damage/defect along with photographic proof. Warranty claims may be denied if photographic proof cannot be provided.
  • Once we receive all required information, our customer support team will reach out to you with a resolution within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note, the defective product must be located in the contiguous United States or else the shipping charges will not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.
